How to create website without coding using web builder service

I have already paid for site builder package but I don't see any option to build my website after I setup the domain. I have seen the video demo for using the site builder but in my hosting portal after setting up the domain I don't see the option for creating the website. My payment is for both the domain and Site Builder Package.In this video after setting up the domain it just goes to the site builder with out showing how to start the site builder.

Dear customer, please follow the following steps: 1. Login in to Plesk control panel 2. From the Webstie and Domains page, you will find the Let's Encrypt icon and button. 3. You will find Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS Certificate for __.et 3. Select include the "www" subdomain... option 4. Click install. Thank you!
