I've been wanting to learn how to do a granny square but other videos I watched I had no idea what I was doing & kept having to undo and redo still w/o having any luck. Thought, go to bag o day, Crystal probably has a better way of teaching this and HOLY COW, u made it seem so easy! I'm proud to say that I've made my 1st granny square and it looks great. I have a big question to ask you and I hope you can help me.I want to do plain granny squares with out the flowers, I am making an afghan with the flowers in it and I need some granny squares without the flowers. only one problem though. all the flower squares at the end of the last round between the corners there are 16 stitches before the corners so how do I get the plain granny squares to come out to 16 stitches between the corners so they will match up when I put the granny squares together. The basic granny square only comes out to be 15 stitches on the last round between the corners so I am actually one stitch short. Please help.... Thank you.

Hi again lol. I've made this square twice but struggling with sop stitch at the end. It almost s looks like there's one to many double stitches. And also seems to create a extra whole!! Arh! ( love this square). The rest of my square lines up. Help pls.......
