This is an uncomplicated pattern. It's important for beginners to see how easy something like this can be. Very nice!

In UK we say See-air-rah. As in Sierra Nevada. I don't know how you and your work found my inbox but I'm so pleased you did. The colours and simplicity of stitch are beautiful and don't need elaboration. Will look out for you again. Kind regards from wet and windy England.

It's funny, I know how to say the name but when it came to filming I went blank🤣😁. Thank you for your kind words.❤️

I don't know yarn weights, sorry. I go by hook size. The yarn says a 5mm hook but I use a 6mm hook for this yarn. This jumper can be made with most yarns as long as you follow the measurements and my suggestion for sizing 😊

@@stitchinfusion460 yes an 8ply Australian yarn is a U.K. DK weight 💜🇬🇧

This video just popped up on my feed…KZbin is so weird. I’m subscribed to a bunch of crochet tutorial channels. The jumper looks great, I’ve downloaded for a future project.

Cool pattern! I’m curious about something though…at about 22:30, when you did the slip stitch to close the round, it appeared that you went into the stitch from the back and did a yarn under for the slip stitch. The next slip stitch appeared normal. I noticed the ‘slip stitch from back’ once or twice more. I’ve never seen someone join in the round like that before. Is it bc you turned the work after every round? Instead of continuing clockwise for the whole sleeve?
@luckyplatypus8 ай бұрын
When the sleeve is facing the front I go from the back for the slip stitch, turn my work and when the sleeve is on the back side I slip stitch from the front. The reason I do this is because I find it gives a nicer closer seam. But you can do either way. Whichever you are comfortable with. I only work in the round without turning if the entire jumper is worked in the round. This keeps the pattern the same. For this jumper turning the work after every row on the sleeve keeps the pattern the same throughout the jumper. Hope that makes sense😊

Do you have a written pattern for this that I can download please?
@luckyplatypus29 күн бұрын
Sorry no. I can't read or write patterns. It's why I started doing KZbin so I could remember my designs 😄
