In magic ring: ch 1, 9 DC, ch 5, DC, ch 3, 1 DC, ch 5, slst to join Row 2: sc in the 9 DC In FIRST ch sp 6 SC. In NEXT ch sp, slst, ch sp, ch 2, 2 DC, ch 2, slst. In LAST ch sp, 6 SC, In first st, slst to join, ch 1, finish off Row 3: DC, ch 3, DC 2 in same st, DC, 3 HDC, DC, (2 DC, ch 3, 2 DC) in the same st, DC, 4 HDC, (2 DC, ch 3, 2 DC) in same st, DC, 3 SC, DC, (2dc, ch 3, 2 DC) in same st, 4 HDC, DC, DC in first st, slst to join, ch 1 Row 4: turn work (going back around in reverse!), DC in all stitches, EXCEPT in corners; 2 DC, ch 3, 2 DC. Thank u for your tutorial. My daughter wants a skull rug for Halloween. You don’t show how to join the squares together, could you demonstrate how to do this, and an egging to use please. You are a good demonstrator, I appreciate your excellent tutorials, it helps us extend our own skill at crochet.

Something I did is after watching it and getting the hang of it was writing it down and then referring back to it when I forget a step. That way you dont have to scroll through the video each time. Also, I love this pattern

Well, it seems I'm in the right place - a gazillion projects on the go and being tempted by another. Consider my dues paid in full!! LOL How kind of Chibilover to put the instructions to paper. How many times I've been tempted to do this elsewhere but wasn't sure if the 'owner' would be offended. Also love the addition of timestamps - what a huge difference that makes to any project. I have so many skull samples piling up but this one seems to have taken simplicity to the next level without losing quality. Off we go.........
