If anyone needs the numbers it's a 4 stitch repeat. So if u don't know how long of a chain u may want just keep it multiples of 4 and it should work out. Hope it helps someone.

I’ve used this stitch for countless blankets. It makes up a lovely squishy texture and is a really polished finish. I continue the stitch around the border for a shelled edge. Love it!

Woohoo !!! I’ve been looking for a light fluffy easy stitch for a baby blanket, and this is it !!! I have crocheted for about 70 years, since I learned it in Europe in first grade. Anyway, after checking out probably 30 different stitches, this one fits the ticket, because I can crochet while watching TV, I don’t really have to look at it much, and it’s so easy. Thanks.

Thank you Joanna!! I like this stitch and it’s very easy and quick!! I like quick!! I’m making a blanket for my king size bed!! Today is September 24, 2022 and our weather here in Texas is still in the upper 90’s (around 97), here where I live, we have a dry heat (dry cold in winter). Around the Dallas area or Austin or Houston it’s way more of a humid heat or cold in the winter! We hardly ever see snow…lol-we hardly see rain, but our winters are mild compared to the northern states!! So I’m sure I’ll have plenty of time to finish my blanket!! Thanks again, NORMA COLLINS FROM TEXAS

@JonnaMartinezCrochet Жыл бұрын
I would make a chain about 10 inches. Write down the number of chain in 10”. Then make row 1. Remeasure it. Then you can subtract and find a ruff estimate of how many chain for a 60” shawl.
