How to crochet around edges of a rectangle

So we have 10-10-11(?).. it looks neat tho.. but it will be a problem if you gonna flip this into 2 (like making a pouch).. bcs the other side is 10 and the other is 11.. hiks.. i want to make it as pretty and as tidy as i can.. but mine too always crooked
