How would you incorporate these into a larger blanket?

For a blanket that only has linked hearts, I would make multiple stripes of the hearts, sew them together & then add a border. Hi, I don’t personally have a free written pattern, you may find one online? Try Pinterest. My Eternal Love blanket incorporates the linked hearts, but is a paid pattern.
