Thanks for sharing your knowledge. This border is definitely one I plan to use. I'm sure you get a lot of requests for topics, but I wonder if you would consider doing a session teaching the broomstick crochet method. If you've already done one, I missed it.

I have 3 videos on broomstick lace. 1 showing a blanket, 1 showing a scarf, and the other a faux (fake) broomstick lace that's easy to do and doesn't need a knitting needle. Just youtube search naztazia and broomstick lace

I'm going to use this method for the ribbing around the front and neck of a cardigan. Just wondering how I'm going to do the inverted corners on the neck 🤔 🤔🤔
@jayluer6564 Жыл бұрын
I wanna make sure I got this right. It looks like u slst into one stitch and then started your sc in the next stitch (this being the base going around) and when u got back around u made your corner into the same stitch that you made the slst and then slst into the first sc to join. I’m still new to borders and I really want to get this down.

Is there a link to the pattern of just the sideways blanket?
@chibiskittles2 жыл бұрын
Do you have a maximum recommendation on how long the chain should be? I'm trying to find a good border for a blanket, and wondered if 10 or even 20 sc would work.
@naztazia2 жыл бұрын
It's more of a personal taste thing. My photo sample at the very beginning and very end is 10 chains and 9 single crochet stitches. To me, that's an average-sized border on an average-sized blanket. I could see it being 20 chains too, and still look nice.

@naztazia Жыл бұрын
Are you talking about one of my patterns? Or someone else's? Because with my method shown in the video, you can make this as wide of a border as you want. There shouldn't be any ruffle involved.
