You can use super saver. As for how many stitches you will need to work out the math. your gauge per inch multiplied by 6’ then round to the nearest stitch multiple

Hello Marly. As I compared your amazing charts and spreadsheet to the original pattern I noticed the color changes don't match up. The yarnspirations pattern that prints off says last updated August 1 2019 but once we get to the instructions at row 53 it doesn't match with pattern I see in the background in your video. Can you look at this? I'm confused on which one to follow. The yarnspirations written pattern or your charts.

I would without a doubt weave in the ends as you go. I made a blanket similar to this years ago and never finished it because there were just too many ends to weave in. I still have it and one day just tied them off and cut them. A real hack job for sure. Now I always weave in as I go. Your Afghan is lovely.
