Thank you Requel, if you already downloaded the color sequence chart go back and do it again. I had accidentally uploaded the wrong version of it last night so it was missing an entire section! LOL. Anyway, it is correct and updated now.

This is a really cute blanket. I really like that it looks more complicated than it is. I think the color combinations is so cool for spring/summer. Marly you are really great instructor! P.S. Your nails look so pretty!

Love to watch your videos, Marly, and I love the way you explain every thing crystal clear. Just downloaded the color chart from your blog and wanted to let you know there are a few rows missing. It's in the section with the white and grey stripes, rows 68 to 76 are missing in the jpeg.

The amount needed is written in the left hand side of the pattern. I don’t have the pattern in front of me but the link is in the video description of the video. If you click it and get an error message just hit refresh...red hearts website glitches sometimes

You can use super saver. As for how many stitches you will need to work out the math. your gauge per inch multiplied by 6’ then round to the nearest stitch multiple

Hello Marly. As I compared your amazing charts and spreadsheet to the original pattern I noticed the color changes don't match up. The yarnspirations pattern that prints off says last updated August 1 2019 but once we get to the instructions at row 53 it doesn't match with pattern I see in the background in your video. Can you look at this? I'm confused on which one to follow. The yarnspirations written pattern or your charts.

I would without a doubt weave in the ends as you go. I made a blanket similar to this years ago and never finished it because there were just too many ends to weave in. I still have it and one day just tied them off and cut them. A real hack job for sure. Now I always weave in as I go. Your Afghan is lovely.

You absolutely could but you might want to change the chain amount since your gauge will be larger.

+Joseph Cecil I've been told from KZbin that some devices do not allow the sound to come through on some of my videos. Their advice is to have you try to watch on a different device/or listen with different earphones. Sorry :(

Thank you for the tutorial. I want to make one for a friend of mine who loves the Seahawks. What color yarns should I get please? The colors listed on the blog are for college team colors. Should I choose the following colors: 386 Hunter Green, 387 Soft Navy, and 311 White?

Honey. Marley. I am learning to knit. Want to make small cover for child in bulky yarn. You make it look so easy and wonderful. Hi! I'm starting this pattern and working up a gauge swatch, however in the pattern it doesn't indicate what specific 10 stitches equal the 4". Is it regular hdc sts? Or hdc sts worked as the V st? Thanks!
