Thank you for the reminder to use the loop in the back when working with your foundation row I forgotten how neat it looks. I’m enjoying this. I ordered from the lion Brand enough to make a nice size Afghan. This is such a fun pattern.

I've been crocheting for awhile but I LOVED the tip about working in the back "bump" of a stitch, visually easier and actually able to avoid getting front or back loop only. Thank you for an east to follow video with excellent pace, written instructions offered and close up to see clearly.

Is there a reason you snipe the yarn rather than carrying the yarn up the side when changing colors? Thank you for the video it is very helpful.

Sorry! My question was in reference to the tutorial for the Spike Stitch not the Granny spike stitch.

You could definitely do that :) I just didn't for that tutorial because it was 4 rows of the same color.
