Man, I found a jacket in the dumpster and wanted to crop it bc one of the pockets is all ripped up and wouldn't have thought to take the zipper off like that. Very glad I watched this! Looks awesome? Tytyty for the tips!!!

I have a jacket I’m going to attempt to crop but it’s faux leather & I’ve never worked with that material before. Any tips/tricks for it before I start it?

Make sure you get some leather needles, makes the process that much smoother. Also I find using a walking foot attachment on the machine is a good idea too

Bro I got a Techwear jacket that’s water resistant so it has like tons of layers and I wanted to crop it so if I try I might ruin it 😢

i wanna crop a puffer but at like the chest level in a curve kinda way any advice?

I'd probably say draw the curve you want with a chalk line so it'd be eaiser to see then cut it out. Does it have a zipper?

@@thetAlltAilor yeah it does thanks a ton tho but the thing is i would have to cut the pocket in half to get the desired length and shape and i dont see a way to place the pockets anywhere else but they are so warm tho i cant get myself to cut them :(

Honestly, I'm not sure it's some sort of woven material, maybe printed canvas?
