I agree that up-selling, cross-selling and down-selling should increase the conversion, average bill is slightly questionable (because down-selling decreases it), but the overall revenue should be increased :)

I just finished a course with up/cross selling as a question (I think i made my trainer hungry with my toaster and oriental food). One question though, is adding another product and refund cross selling?
