Dear creator, I have a question regarding the used sources of information and statistics. Would you recon these sources as unreliable, due to the relevance and the absence of a supporting calculation?

Hey @marijnbraams7080 , The sources I pulled from are directly from an internal Shopify study, Bigcommerce, and other research companies, but you make a good point. I don't know what their standards are for these stats.

You mentioned that with the omnichannel strategy, the salesperson can immediately see that have been looking at a particular sofa without them having to ask. Could you please give the example on how is this practically possible?

Hi @dimasw.pratama3839 . What I meant in this example, which actually came from a real life experience, is that the salesperson can speak with you and if you give them the email you used to log into their webstore, they can see the recent products you've saved or seen (so long as you've accepted the cookies policy and all that good stuff).
