Simple and concise framework, kudos! I can say from experience though that having open tabs (for pricing, API, help page, etc.) is much more beneficial in case questions about these subjects pop up, rather than typing them in. I keep them at 4, and 1 extra for the client's site (I stay on it if we have the discovery call then). What do you think about this last tactic?
