I have outsourced the STL management of my property to a company but they are not marketing at all so I’m trying to run an ad myself to raise awareness and increase occupancy. I am trying to run an ad on fb but it keeps getting rejected due to special ad category of housing and then it limits my targeting options :( any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Dylan , this idea is quite interesting . But there is a small dillema : 1) if you create a brand awareness campaign for google , are you sure that the algorithm of FB will hit the same people . Like if you create a wide campaign , the people in google , and facebook could be different .

As soon as you have Facebook data/email list/etc, use those audiences on the other platforms to ensure it's the same people being targeted. If you don't, try to sniper target as much as possible with interests/demographics!

Im sure Thats not What he means. He Said if You Have a budget of 1000$ you Use 50$ for Brand Awareness. With That logic You should Use 25$ with your 500$ budget. 5$ a day is not enough for Conversion ads

If I have data, I take that and use it for the brand awareness targeting. If I don't, I just use interest/demographic targeting on those platforms. Hope that helps!
