The porn thing-hook-addiction /secret sins are a really big deal. I recently watched a podcast about how the males watch so much porn that very quickly their girlfriends, wives, dates don't ever stack up against a porn star (crazy right!) and that these males have a hard time to become intimate long term and faithful with wives, girlfriends,etc or even get dates. After a while, the males hooked on porn couldn't be in a long term relationship because of the "porn" mindset.

I debated on whether or not to comment. I don't agree with his premise. Which is basically to avoid the opposite gender. This is a general teaching that is taught in the Christian community. Which frankly isn't Biblical. Where does it say in the Bible that you shouldn't talk or look at the opposite gender. Instead of seeing females as objects why don't we encourage men to view woman as Sisters in Christ. I find men who don't have sisters or daughters tend to have a more aggressive approach to avoiding woman. I am a father of boys and a girl. I also have sisters and nieces. I have a healthy appreciation of women. I am married man. I don't encourage men to visit Strip Clubs and expect to have quality relationships but I definitely would not encourage men to simply avoid women. I think we have enough animosity between the sexes. As he mentioned in the Podcast we can rewire our brains. I would encourage men /boys to have healthy relationships with the opposite gender. Not avoid them and view them as objects. Ultimately, it is a spiritual matter. I don't think avoidance is the answer. Ask yourself when another man is giving you advice on woman, did he have daughters or sisters or were the only close relationships in his life with women only with his Mom/Grandma and wife. I take their advice with a grain of salt.

Its demonic.. once you realize God is watching and demons are too, you realize that it is not a costless game you can just play by yourself.. The best outcomes Ive experienced have been from getting rid of all my physical paraphernalia, favorites, downloads, hidden folders, and confessing to God and asking for forgiveness and repentance. Then make a covenant with your eyes to not look at anything lustful, let alone to allow evil imaginations.. then get deliverance for jezebel ahab and spirit spouse demons. You can get free but learn about these spirits how they work and seek prayer for freedom from someone. Getting it out in the open to someone else is the best way to force yourself to confront it for whatever it is.
