Please excuse my frustrated rant, but we are in post-Christmas/pre-Valentine's Day party mode at school. Forget the cutesy things. Kendra is allergic to nuts, Bella needs gluten free food, Joel is allergic to peanuts, Hunter is lactose intolerant and we are not even talking about those who won't eat certain things because of religious or lifestyle related reasons. Fruit in its natural state is about the only safe thing to bring these days... if you are lucky. Cupcake wars are over, but for the wrong reasons.
