This is my first time leaving a comment for anything BUT I have extremely super thick hair and goes down to the middle of my back. I have had salons refuse to curl my hair because of how thick it is. Bella try pinning the curl until its completely cool the let it out. That's the only thing that will keep curls in my hair. Sometimes a quick blast with the cold setting on your hair dryer can help too.

Wow...this ACTUALLY WORKED FOR ME! I used my hot tools purple ceramic 1.5 inch barrel curling iron. I just use it like a wand even though it has the clamp. I have TONS of hair and I was able to do it in about 12 sections and it took maybe 10 minutes. I can't believe I never thought of just doing larger sections of hair. I just held each section after twisting while it cooled and sprayed it with Aussie light hold and I had gorgeous, loose curls all night! THANK YOU!

This TOTALLY works! I have really thick, heavy hair, and I can curl all of it in 10 minutes. It lasts the entire day for me WITHOUT HAIRSPRAY! I don't know why, but this is the only method that works on my hair, and it's great because I hate using hairspray on curls. Plus I like the way my hair looks even more than when I curl it the regular, longer method! Thank you so much for this video. Love this! I've got amazingly thick, very long hair, and I'd love to curl it more often for fun, but it usually takes me about 2 hours to curl it all with a hot iron. I used to think this!! I have thick med/long hair and it used to take me hours to curl my hair and I hated doing it. When i did this I took HUGE sections and just held them till I was happy and could feel the heat from my hair on the barrel and held them after I took them off of the barrel. The difference is I spray them with hairspray the second after I curl them. But I got huge voluminous curls that I LOVED!!
