i have a customer saying they can't see the payment options on their emailed invoice, but I can see it on my end. I resent it and still they can't see it. Have you run in to this problem before? I did what you said on this tutorial already. Is it a problem on his end with the web browser possibly? He's a long time customer and we've never had issues with his invoice. Did QBO update something again and I didn't realize it?

I've never encountered this. I would suggest sending this exact invoice to your home email and see what happens. Open the invoice in a different browser so it's definitely not logged into QBO. Ask the recipient to send you a pic of what the recipient sees. There's the possibility that you may have unselected the payment methods.
