Do you have a child-theme installed? That's why it's asking/giving the option to override the parent theme.

Thanks for the video! Do you have any easy suggestions that don't require a plugin to customize the checkout page? I have some digital downloads available on my site, and I think because they are digital products, it's automatically adding some text into the shipping field on the checkout page, and its a lot of unnecessary words! This is the text - "There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help."

No, cpanel email has no proboem to send confirmation email but when you will use gmail, hotmail etc domain there will be not to send mail. You should make video using without cpanel email
