Great presentation. I reach you on many feelings and would, if I can, give my opinion. The Panigale R is an awesome daily ride and also a great track day motorcycle. Nothing to change on it. The Final Edition is, from the box, settled for track and very very not road friendly unless you soften it. Without the full racing exhaust the heat spread is freaking annoying (the price was more or less 5000$ in Europe). The lower fairing next to the pipe is often melting and few of the first delivered models started to burn... Lower 1 tooth on the sprocket and you'll reach for the stars (do it at a Ducati shop because you have to settle the IMU and a couple of things. It takes 15mn). The V4R is surprizingly friendly on the road under 6000 t/mn. After 6000 t/mn be sure you erazed your internet browser because you enter another reality where almost everything is running backwards from you. As with the F.E, without the full racing exhaust the bike is just trying to burn you. I call mine the fastest barbecue ever. If you have an extra 5000$, buy the magnesium rims it really changes the bike (or some carbon for half the cost). Cheers and keep riding for fun!

Great collection of bikes. Had a V4S but unfortunately totalled it... considering getting the 1299FE as a replacement as I really wasn't a fan of the V4 power curve. Absolutely no torque or midrange. Hoping the 1299FE is more torquey because I've been spoiled by the RC51 and Aprilia Tuono (also a v4 but a MUCH better engine than the Ducati V4). Only huge drawback to the 1299FE is the exhaust. They claim it's a full exhaust but it's not because it has a cat. As a result it sounds pretty bad. So I'd have to order the real full exhaust which is crazy expensive. Easy to put on myself but can't really justify the expense since it's absolutely not worth that much.
