Bruh i just extracted it with premiere pro, the gif quality is top but the size is 30 MB!

istead of resizing it go for optimizing and there will be a bar ranging between 5-200 select 5 for max quality and hit optimize and you are good to go

I figured out how to make it not blurry. I went into capcut first, added text with effects and animation then saved the video as mp4 i then went into premiere pro and exported the video as animated gif then i took the gif to the gif resizer website, and resized it just so its directly below 8 mb then i went to artwork and uploaded it, added the 2 lines to the console then finally i went and chose the artwork inside steam.

Use Top_Right file, and upload it the same way as the Middle one. Then, go to edit Profile, chose the first + and then choose the first artwork and click save. Boom. That's it.
