I love the simplicity of this cut for removing bulk and creating texture. The diffused look is great and I would love to see this done in a straight style out.

Awesome! How do you choose the guide for crown circle section?

Great video! Thank you so much for posting this. I tried this on myself and it came out great. Made a small adjustment to the front section since I prefer long pieces to frame my face vs pseudo bangs, so I'm glad that worked out in my favor. 😅 I have no formal training, just a genuine interest and basic understanding of hair cutting logic. It's been more challenging to do it myself since going short, but vids like these help me to keep finding new ways of enjoying the versatility of short hair. 👏😊❤

Thanks a lot! The only part that was not clear, is how you measured the length of the top part. Watched 3 times!

If you look close he actually pulls a strand from the length in the back as the guide. It’s really quick and easy to miss

YES !!! FAB DO !!! Amazzzing LAYERS with only 2 large Sections!! You are a Fantastic Pro!! QUESTION: How can I cut the Back of my own hair in a clean straight line?? Thanks so much!
@Songbird23572 ай бұрын
I cut my own hair, and it would probably drive a professional stylist nuts if they had to watch me, especially with getting the first cut/guide set. What IIIIII do, is use 2 metal hair clips, the flat alligator mouth ones, and stack them together on my first cut section and check, re-check that the bottom of them is straight, then carefully pull it up and cut gently along the bottom of the clips. Almost like using a ruler. After that I just cut along the bottom sides using a long comb and mirrors to make sure it stays straight and even all the way around. That first cut is the hardest one tho.

Love the video! how did you choose the guide for the crown circle section on top? What products did you use to style?

This is what I wanted!!!!!!! Unfortunately my hair is messed up now due to being given a bad cut . Now I have to let it grow out. I don’t trust anyone to do this on me . Maybe I should try it myself 😢

Where did you get the guide for the top section?
@1nicerboy176 Жыл бұрын
I ask myself the same question, maybe it's the same technique as on the front section with using a guide from the bottom
@afetmuller221410 ай бұрын
Pose the video ones he started to cutting the crown area,and you’ll notice he used the guide from the last bottom section (it’s uneven) 😉
