Great that you posted this video! many people don't realise how economical it is to buy whole chickens and cut it. At least now they will know how to do it. Btw you did it exactly like me😀 it's a Trini thing..

For anybody who dislike this video god bless the people who eat in your kitchen because this was a very well prepared chicken. You need to show 👱🏻♂️👩🏼 that this is how you clean chicken and not just dump it from the package onto the grill (I’ve seen this happen with my own eyes).

Natasha thanks for sharing this video. I hate cutting chicken . You make it so easy. I will definitely use this method.

And that's the way Trinis do it! 💯 Sometimes I use poultry shears to cut by the breastbone.✂️

Would all that lime juice make the meat stiff when cooking??
@TriniCookingwithNatasha5 жыл бұрын
No because you don't leave it long to soak

Why you add lemon and vinegar for soaking
@TriniCookingwithNatasha5 жыл бұрын
It's for washing away the gamey taste

It's disturbing how many people don't wash their meats and fish! I always wash mine in water and vinegar so that the impurities are purged out.

Thank you. Love the idea of buying a whole chicken but then I get scared because I don't know how to cut it in pieces
