I have had the stripology ruler since 2020. Great for cutting binding strips. If I had a project like your 2" squares, I would see the different colors in strips and then cut them to size.

I just tried the "put squares on fusible interfacing then sew like strips" trick - it's also amazing! I'll be doing a video about that soon.

Can’t live without mine…extra large and small one. They eliminate the need for several individual rulers which I don’t have extra room for. Squaring up blocks is also a breeze!

I love using the STRIPOLOGY ruler!! It’s my go to for multiple cuts of the same size strips. I’ve always been nervous about turning “things” around to cut squares but…maybe I shall try after seeing your video 😀. One thing I have noticed in my own cutting: I have match-up issues when I go between cutting some parts of the quilt pieces on the Stripology and some with just a regular ruler. I might be a hair larger with using the regular ruler. =)

If you know that you will be sewing one fabric to another you can cut with the right sides together and they are already perfectly paired. I have a smaller ruler and I absolutely LOVE it.

I have the XL Stripology…. But I find my Duroedge rulers better, and they were 1/4 the price and are easier to handle
