I’m a 6’10” 220 pounds guy. Played basketball for 6 years but my patella dislocated 3 times and had to quit. I stopped working out after that but thanks to you The Beast i started lifting again. My 22 y/o body is really grateful to you sir.

Tell your uncle to stay hydrated! If all of a sudden a beard and "The Beast" tattoo's appear its an early indication of chronic dehydration. If he starts deadlifting 500kg, its too late.
