The sweetest person outside the home can be the most bitter one inside the home. it is the tragedy. No matter what you do to make him happy, he will find another reason to stay unhappy-angry just with you and may punish you by neglecting you, doing complete opposite things than what you have wished or requested for. It is his strong negative, prejudiced and closed mind set for his spouse. He is blind to see you as a wife, as a mother of his children and as a person. He will try everything in his power to make you unhappy. You can defeat this mentality by changing focus from him to you. you must stay happy. You must stay good person and do good karma. You must stay strongly positive. Mainly you must stay detached from his negativity, prejudiced and closed mind set. Intelligence, affection and empathy brings peace in the family. Ignorance, arrogance and ego brings disaster.

I have watched many many videos of Sadguru. I have been married 18 years. First time I didn't understand what he was getting at. His answer was very cryptic .I did have a sharp tongue and used to make the other person cry , but changed when my mother advised me at the time of my marriage. I understood and always try to make a conscious effort to not hurt anyone through my words. In the process of becoming more spiritual every thing which is irrelevant falls away.(Sadguru mentions this in another video) That is a guarantee. These material feelings and emotions will shed if we adopt righteous way of living. One thing I definitely liked about what he said was for 1 rose with 100 thorns , nourish it and make it grow 100 roses . Yes that is a very good way to improve the thorny situation.

What he meant is, feminine intelligence is not about survival, but instead they have pronounced emotional and subtle intelligence. Now, if in the name of good manners this expression is curbed then our world will be in the loss. This world is all about the masculine, example, survival, order, properness etc. So his message is to allow the feminine to get more expressed. In the bargain all may not be proper or in good behaviour. But he is not propagating bad behaviour or rudeness.

You r 100% correct Sadguruji. This is for all such unfortunate males who r like me got affected & in a swamp(DalDals). I handled in two ways diagonally opposit to each other (only verbal). One way is tell her "If you continue to show your anger like this I have no other alternative except to leave you for ever." You can see a sea of change gradually in her attitude, infact she will start realizing her shortcomings sooner than later. Second you have to be saying regularly "I love you da chellam" you shud be remembering her birthday,anniversary,,festival days & give her gifts (nice saree, golden ornaments) taking her out for dining,picnic, tours etc.) Any ill-health of her,invariably she needs yr kindest attention(certainly no faking), if possible you cook a simple pepper,jeera rasam, rice,with some fried items & try to feed her with your arms around. In general she must b treated gently. Be careful & forget about all her erstwhile love affairs(in case, if any) & be kind to her after all those r due to infatuation. During & after menopause you must b very much supportive. In case of forced marriage with you ask her if she is not comfortable with you,if yes, then you should arrange a counsellor or a council of both parents & settle her with her old acquinttance. Nowhere your violent behaviour shud b shown to her even if you r getting irritated by her words & attitude. Be patient,solve the issue amicably. Violence is the weapon of a weak, pl bear it in mind. At no time you must involve yr friends between your wife & you during arguments, he can betray you by befriending your spouse. Bye friends, please write your feedbacks down the line.

"Give what you have to your brother." "Not wishing you could." -Love freedom and give freedom. Never hold a human being from his freedom. "Preserve the planet." "Flee from violence." Never face. "Forgive with love and without rancor." "Humility in your hearts." -Aim for simplicity in demonstrations. -Not stop being unique in your essence. The book contains a lot of information, for example when and how did life begin on the planet and the evolution of being human, also reveals which race we belong and that the project for the human being it is eternal life on the planet and much more.

It’s proven that women mature faster than men and we also perform better in school so our way of being can often be more mature. Men can have a hard time speaking about emotions and some men are raised not to be able to have a argument without pissing their pants after 3 second. So...i (the husband) was vacuuming the rooms just now, my wife was in the other room doing something else then she called for me but i wanted to finish hoovering so i said "wait a bit" and i was going to go over in a minute or so. Then all of a sudden she started slamming the drawers and having a go at me. Prior to all this we were happily watching tv together. Love of my life.

@@rishipuran2738 saw ur comment below. That u have 2 daughters. I'm one of the 2 daughters of a narcissistic father and a submissive mother who says the same thing you said below. If what u said is 💯 true and your spouse is infact narcissistic, i just hope to God that there are no episodes in the house that are alarming to the children. From experience, i wish my parents had divorced each other amicably but remained friends over the course of life and also for whatever little sense of family we could have had. Both me and my sister have been very much impacted by the episodes at our home. When people in the marriage, both husband and wife does not reflect on their actions and character especially around the children, and doesn't give importance to growth by effective communication and problem solving, trust me the kids will eventually lose faith in the concept of love in general as well as question the love the parents have for them.. if they don't fix these things, they become very alarmingly toxic for each other as well as their children. Hope you both take the right approach as a couple and always realise that your actions are always watched by your kids and one day in future they will always realise and have the intelligence to figure out who is wrong and where.

Divorcing is not the solution... Find the reason & work on it... If still not succeed after many attempts then one can find this solution. There can be many reasons why partner are behaving that way... May be we may have some weakness and to remove it one should understand her/his feelings and reason for it. Direct divorce is like giving up and running from the prblm.

Just when your better half starts bursting out ,you must let her shout,burst,cry and whatever drama she starts ,What you should do is just take a walk,or get yourself in another room ,play one round of pubg,or some game for 30 minutes or so ,then ,if she gets calm then speak or reply , otherwise let her increase her blood pressure,its her problem ,donot get indulge.This will make her clear that ,"there is talking between you and her only ,if done calmly ,quitly and peacefully".Once you let this lines get in her head,she will not speak on 8th level ,as you will not be present there to listen.This worked in my married life.possibly will work on yours too. Don't forget to be calm and peaceful,when she bursts out ,just withdraw yourself from that environment.

Sadhguru’s advice on this maybe accurate but if one is a afraid to go home because of their spouse they need to divorce this person.
@Jennifer-vk4jc4 жыл бұрын
I can understand that statement and depending on the situation, I could absolutely agree. But maybe that person could take a good look in the mirror to see what they can improve upon. See how they may be causing some of this pain/anger/fear to surface. Be more in tune to her emotions before she ‘blows up.’ She her levels of frustration rise before they crash down onto him. A good wonderful woman doesn’t give up easily. She might still be fighting for the relationship. These emotions could be much better handled/projected in another form other than a sharp tongue but it could also reflect the deep love she has for this relationship. When a woman stops fighting she is finished. She has already given it her all in all they ways she knows how. Sometimes even becoming someone she doesn’t even like (yelling, angry). She has contemplated every aspect of what quitting would do to her and her family. In a way, he could be grateful for her sharp tongue- she may still love him deeply and in a unhealthy way is still trying to make it work. She is clinging on to that one last rose. No couple comes out of therapy without their own individual inner work to do. Maybe if he makes a change within himself or gains a few more emotional tools in his ‘toolbox’ he could really change his situation. Often, a 20 second hug when a women is becoming angry can produce oxytocin and calm both partners providing better ground for these emotionally charged discussions/situations. Just reminding your partner you love them and are on their team. Or asking, ‘how can I help?’ forcing your partner to really stop and think about what they need (verbalize it). Simple changes can lead to big results. Nothing changes if nothing changes. Sometimes we have to be the first to make a change. Take a step to protect that last rose. Just Thoughts Have a great day :-)

I don't really know this situation. One possibility. The man is too chauvinistic and devalue the role the woman provides. She is angry, because he probably walks in the door, wants his meal, tussles the kids hair and watches tv. She will be bathing children, finishing dishes, doing the chores late into the night. He goes to bed wanting some nooky and she wants to bite his head off with his ignorance. There, fixed it. ;)
@Jennifer-vk4jc4 жыл бұрын
@Aso Fotida No, of course its not always the mans fault. More thoughts- Unfortunately, men are wired and conditioned to be less emotionally observant/ vulnerable. In today’s age, marriage is less for monetary stability/safety and more for love/growth. Relationships today need less fight/flight and more emotional connectedness. The downfall of practically every relationships takes two people. Whether you are the one pushing boundaries or the one allowing them be pushed. Most women want their emotional needs met but think they can get by without it; it’s okay to sacrifice this. Only to realize later, they can’t and are full of resentment and frustration. Personally, I think for relationships to be more successful in today’s society, men (and some women) should focus on embracing/expressing their emotions more fully and openly. Not an easy task and I have compassion for the difficulty of this (inherently and societally).

What does Sadhguru mean by Never Surrender ?
@anjalir49674 жыл бұрын
He means don't place "good behavior" at a superior level than being brilliant, exuberant, intense, magnetic, etc. There are so many more wonderful qualities that may also come with the package of being "badly behaved". You can't always have them mutually exclusive from each other. Take the package as it comes. Don't try to diminish certain aspects of someone to better suit your needs. Take them as they come. That's a better philosophy to ensure your peace of mind too. Agar pani puri mein thoda mithaas aur thoda theeka pani bhi nahi hota.. to vo sach mein pani puri hai kya?
