1. What did you say? 2. What do you mean by that? 3. I have a dietitian, physician and therapists and you are none of those, Do you mind if I enjoy my meal? 4. Waiter! May I have a to go bag?

Eat less, go outside for excersize more. Save money on all those people you are paying that are clearly endulging your delusion for a paycheck...

Why is the comment section full of "there are more important problems"/"who cares"? Never heard of eating disorders? These comments are hard to handle for people with eating disorders. However i don't like what the lady said. Its a bad tip in my opinion that anyone could come up with. In my opinion It depends on who says these comments. I think most of the times its totally fine to start a discussion or say that you dont want to get treated this way because these comments are unnecessary and rude

Shaming only works when the person is ashamed. If you're ashamed of your choices, then take responsibility and change them. Don't blame the person who points it out.

right. ignorement is easy, not just "easier said than done" lol. its not something to be ashamed of if you dont give a sht in the first place🤣

Eating healthful food is another way out of this situation.

That doesn’t get you out of that situation at all, actually

Healthful food doesn’t exist in the mind of judgmental bigots who will also shame the amount of food, or even the fact that they are eating at all.

Totally agree 😂😂 people love good excuses for terrible choices and habits, more ways to justify and avoid facing these things!! 🎉

@@IAmZanderStewartpeople don’t realize only the real ones have the gal to say truth to your face. I love that the speaker ignores that a lot of the people this applies to ask their close ones for support improving their lives, but simultaneously are being encouraged to avoid facing truth. If it hurts your feelings for someone to question your food choices, I got bad news for ya 😂

I think it’s harder to deal with food when you’re alone or if you’re with someone who has the same eating habits! To me, that’s the harder struggle!

In some situations these comments can be a positive reminder that for whatever reason you should not be indulging in food so much.
