Absolutely! I completely relate to your emotional struggle in the grocery store. I've just moved to Ireland and can feel my health spiraling, partly because I'm not drinking enough water... but the idea of purchasing bottled water goes so against my values it sends me into almost the same place.

Surfing with plastic was pissing me off so much that over 10 years ago a surfing buddy and I started a campaign to stop the use of plastic bags in our town. It snowballed to the point that they passed legislation and now plastic bags are banned on our whole island - Maui. It took a shit ton of work but once our community understood plastic got the boot... change is possible, thanks for spreading the message ;)

Love this so thought provoking and real. Thank you so much. I am feeling overwhelmed at the moment and not allowing myself the quiet to understand. Thank you for the reminder. Also thank you for the deeper thoughts around plastic and feel. It really annoys me that we are unable still in 2021 to buy simple fruit and vegetables in stores without it being wrapped in plastic. Yup. Had a day just like that today. Realized I better do the hard work to change or I’ll never get out of that rabbit hole. Meditated - an SOS session with Headspace. Meditated some more then compulsively bought a tent to go camping in. Having something to look forward to helped a lot. Thanks for the video - it confirmed I chose correctly and made me realize I’m not alone.

Omg! Buy metal for spoon ,forks and knifes, wash them evertime or go buy a camping utensil kit. This is such a powerful video, Yes, plastic is a global issue and i've been working so much the past months to limit my plastic use. I stopped using shampoo bottle & started buy shampoo bar's from Lush in a metal case, and using shower gel bar, all wrapped in paper. Still had with food, especially proteins, but doing my best.. such a great video, Adam!

After my breakup ×ith my ex of 4yrs and realizing he suffered from narcissistic personality disorder from childhood trauma and I became a target and the enemy. I dont regret the relationship it opened my eyes to become self aware. Realized in myself I had some healing to do with codependency. It was an eye opening experience to say the least. It push my emotional state to edge and it physically almost took me down. I suffered from anxiety panic attacks, overthinking worry since I was a child. Now 45 I am free from the wake and take of meds . Which I couldn't believe I quit one morning after doing sleep guided meditation. My anxiety is gone too. I couldn't believe that my entire life hindered by this and it was that simple. We are plagued by our thoughts that are not in view of the present moment it has no connection. Yet we steer our lives by these thoughts that are actually sabotaging our being.

That's exactly what I needed now. The week was not worse than others, but I could not handle it emotionally. I had to cry for every little thing and felt bad about it. Your words have reminded me that emotions are the best motivation when it comes to doing something from the heart.
