I'm sure you've seen plenty of comments but your English was good for the video. I'll be honest, I've been watching bird videos and I kinda want one or two. However, I thought they pooped like once a day or at most three times a day. I didn't realize how often they pooped. I don't know that I can handle that, it seems like a ton of work to keep everything clean.
@hordygurdy2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! ❤️😊 they are amazing, but sure they do poop more than 3 times per day! 😂 bigger parrots do it a bit less often, but the poops are also bigger!

Great video! What kind of tree is that if you dont mind me asking? I would love one like that for my parrot to perch on when outside of its cage, normally I just set him right on the top

Hi, where do you buy Harrison's pellets? In my country (Croatia) pet stores don't even know what they are :( I found it online from UK but shipping cost is 40£. Thanks for sharing!
@arli44063 жыл бұрын
Yes, even in Uk you need to get it online. I went to 4 shops around my city and they didn't have it either. If your birds eat vegetables and greens, fresh grass etc.then pellets aren't necessary. Once I got pellets and my birds didn't like it. I mixed it with seeds, they'd pick the seeds and leave the pellets. Make sure they have healthy diet and don't worry about pellets, unless you have other reasons to feed them pellets. Good luck!
@hordygurdy3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I have a video about how to get them used to the pellets. If you mix it with the seeds, they will never get used to them, they always prefer the seeds… 😉

@@hordygurdy Oh!!! Wow!!! First time my comment got reply!!! Thank you! I watched most of your videos but didn't see the one about pellets, thank you for letting me know👍🏻 love your birds❤️❤️❤️ I have 2 budgies but last year destiny brought me an unwanted terrified lovebird, now she's my baby, so I've got 3 birds just like you used to, I'm sorry for what happened with Kira😔 Greetings from UK

@@arli4406 thanks for your kind comment. I have a 2-year old green cheek conure and apart from seed mix she eats only fruits and eggs, vegetables are not her favourite (to say the least). After she "attacked" my house plants, I even planted her seeds in a bowl, it grows nicely, nice green grass like in Xmas time haha, but she doesn't eat it. I'll keep trying 😊 PS. eventually I bought Harrison pellets online from UK, spent a fortune and she doesn't want to eat it 🤨😤
