Another great video! I have to share a funny story with you! Throughout my minimalist journey I've always loved the tip of getting rid of unnecessary flat surfaces because they will always collect clutter. I've gotten rid of my end tables in the bedroom and living room and so many other furniture items and flat surfaces and it has made a tremendous difference. Well, my husband blew my mind last week when he found a new flat surface. He put a whiteboard erase marker on the top of a mirror hanging on my living room wall! At first I was mad because why couldn't he put it away! Why would he put it there of all places lol. But then I started laughing and realized I guess I need to declutter my wall decor haha

Me too. I'm not quite nearing the end yet but I'm 80%? done in a few spaces. It's incredible. Having way less stuff, having things that are easy to manage, makes life so much easier for me as a disabled person. I didn't get rid of enough stuff to totally get it until maybe a year or two ago, and I was like OHHHHHH! I got rid of difficult kitchen items as well, it's life changing. Then my health got worse and I decided to change out some of my clothes to make the cycle of managing laundry easier. It is so much less stress on me. It's like a miracle

The Orawellness Heal They Mouth blend is a must keep! Our family has used it for years: It has healed bleeding gums in a few days, and any bad smells when using floss are sorted. Amazing stuff! A drop or two on a toothbrush or floss is all you need.

Hi Dawn. I use the Healthy Mouth Blend every day to go along with the Shine tooth powder. My mouth is so much healthier because of this. I used to be chastised by my dental hygienists because I get plaque faster than most. Recently I had a new hygienist for teeth cleaning and she was sure my gums would bleed (she was a bit rougher than my normal person) and was amazed at the fact that my gums did not bleed. She said keep doing whatever it is that you are doing. Thanks Karma

Hi Dawn, I saw you have the Healthy Mouth blend by Orawellness. I just have to say this is an incredible oil. I went to the gum specialist and was told I'd have to have gum surgery etc. I did some research found the healthy mouth blend and started putting two drops on my floss and OMG in just 6 months my gums completely healed. Its been almost 10 years and I am still gum disease free. I would so recommend taking it out of the time will tell bin an using it as part of your dental health regime. I am so excited to see you have this oil...thanks for all you give and share with the community!

I use HealThy Blend twice a day, and I consider it essential. First, when I get out of bed each morning, I head to the bathroom. I brush my teeth using just HealThy Mouth Blend with a Bass toothbrush (which I consider equally essential because it reaches between my teeth). As a dental hygienist told me years ago about oral bacteria, "We may not be able to kill them, but we can disrupt their colonies." And just recently I read in an NPR article that brushing your teeth immediately on rising, before breakfast, had the benefit of breaking apart the biofilm that is trying to form in the mouth. The biofilm takes 24 hours to form, so a good brushing or flossing that reaches between the teeth every 12 hours will keep the bacteria in check. I also use HealThy Mouth Blend just before I go to bed. I brush using a Sonicare electric toothbrush and a good toothpaste, then use a handheld Waterpik, then brush using a Bass toothbrush and HealThy Mouth Blend, and then floss. My dentist likes the result. (I also don't eat refined sugar.)

Hi Dawn, We’ve been using OraWellness HealThy Mouth Blend for years and we are never without it. We even travel with it. It’s so versatile. You can use it in so many different ways that it replaces other products. We use it on our electric toothbrush with the Shine remineralization tooth powder, on our floss, with our tongue scraper, directly in our mouth as a mouthwash. My husband even used it directly on his gums when he was having gum issues and the results were very impressive. It’s truly one of our favorites. I sincerely hope you will reconsider and keep it.

HealThy Mouth Blend is a keeper! It's an incredibly simple way to make a major positive difference in your gums and teeth! I put a couple of drops on my toothbrush when brushing (with Shine from OraWellness is best but it will boost anything you are using to brush your teeth!), or just put some drops in my mouth before bed and use my tongue to spread it around my teeth. You'll wake up with a fresher mouth! Super simple!

Bet you didn’t expect so many comments about the little bottle of heal thy mouth blend you put in the “time will tell” bin! Love your videos, and I knew what that bottle was when you held it up. I agree with others-try it on your toothbrush along with (or instead of) toothpaste. My family members use it daily and it keeps our gums and teeth healthy. I also rub it on my gums if there’s a spot that’s irritated and it goes away within a day!

Heal Thy Mouth blend is so awesome! Don’t forget about it!! Once you get into the habit, you won’t go back. I use it as a mouth wash, adding one or two drops in my rinse cup, and my teeth do not get that furry feeling later in the day, leaving my mouth feeling cleaner for longer. I have used this instead of toothpaste too, and put a drop or two on my toothbrush. And when I have had the occasional gum abscess…this is a god send- I just put a drop on my finger and run my dental floss through it. Then I floss in the area and my abscess heals so much quicker! I also rub what little oil is left on my finger into the affected gum area. This stuff is liquid gold, and I swear by it! Will never go back to regular mouth washes etc since my mouth health in general is so much better with Health Thy Mouth, saving me money at the dentist.

Regarding the HealThy Mouth Blend that you put in the Time Will Tell bin, there are some other easy uses for this blend. I use it every day after brushing my teeth. I just put a drop on my tongue, take a sip of water and swish it around my mouth. It acts as a sort of mouthwash. I have also put a few drops on my toothbrush and brushed my teeth with it. And I have even put a drop or two on my finger and just massaged my gums and teeth with it. I do oil pulling, but honestly, I have not used the HealThy mouth blend for that. The other uses I mentioned above are easier and very effective for keeping the mouth and teeth healthy. I encourage you to try using it in other ways that might fit your oral routine better.

Dawn! Don't pitch the OraWellness Healthy Mouth Blend! At least until you learn what a powerhouse you have, in that little bottle. It is NOT just for oil pulling - in fact, I've never used it for that, or heard of it being used for that. I'm adding OraWellness oil pulling to my regimen. Thanks! I've been using the product for years. It replaces (i.e. declutters) my toothpaste, my mouthwash and I use it to apply straight to a wound or sore area, so I've ditched my "triple antibiotic ointment" too. We call it "snake oil" in my house, as a tongue-in-cheek reference to the fact that we use it for everything! I've cleared up skin infections and cuticle infections with that stuff. If, after all this, you decide to pitch it anyway, send it to ME!!

Love your videos!! Hate to say it but people could break their stuff following the cord advice. Even if the end or the input of the cord or power cube is the same type of plug, that doesn’t mean they are made to handle the same amount of electricity!! What the power source is rated for is usually written in fine print on the cube you plug in, and same for your device. Too much voltage=fried device. Labeling them when you buy them avoids this for sure! Just don’t guess with older cords and devices just because the input is the same. You may break your item 😭 felt compelled to add that for anyone reading. Thanks for what you do!!

Having an organized/clearish bathroom counter is one of the best things I've ever accomplished. I have to keep things on the counter bc I'm AuDHD, but they're all in cute trays and baskets so I can clearly tell when things aren't in the right place. It makes it so much less stressful and difficult to get ready

Just want to thank you for your “this season of life” mentality ❤ It really transformed my way of thinking and it feels so good to live presently and only store things we will definitely need in the future (as a growing family). For example I recently put away half of our 8 person cutlery set as there is currently only 3 of us! Such a little thing but it’s so nice having our everyday spaces only contain what we actually need 🙂

I use the Healthy Mouth Blend to keep bad bugs in my mouth at bay. It's so easy. I put several drops in a little bit of water, swish and spit and Voila a fresh mouth! I've never used it for oil pulling because I use Coconut oil for that.

Dawn! You have the HealThy Mouth Blend too?! 😍 Oh my goodness - it's so good! I kid you not, since my family and I have been using it, our Dentist is always in awe as to how CLEAN our teeth and gum lines are between regular check ups. In the past, tartar buildup was such an issue for us. All we've had to do is simply add 1 drop onto our toothbrush and and that's it. Honestly, the easiest thing and helps us use it on the daily.

I use OraWellness HealThyMouth blend instead of toothpaste. It can be used in many ways for dental health, not just as an additive to oil pulling: also can be used rubbed into floss, instead of toothpaste, and added to water to make a mouthwash.

Watching your videos always makes me want to clean and declutter! Today I finally put all my "donate" stuff in a bag in the garage instead of having it sit all over my tables after nobody wanted it from our Buy Nothing Group 🙃 I also recycled some packaging and old jars I haven't found a use for yet thats been just sitting around for some reason. Makes me sound like such a slob when these things are so seemingly minor, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one!

Every time you post, I think, "I will watch even though I'm fully decluttered. Well, I'll just look in this cupboard...drawer...basket..." And here we go. There's always an item to move to its correct home at least, and the odd little thing that has now proved that it has not been put to use in the last few months, so I walk it to my donation bin in my (fairly empty) linen cupboard. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love it when Dawn admits when "something hurts" to throw away( like Mac concealer)....cuz then I don't feel alone with my blunder purchases....in other words I've been given permission to forgive myself for making a mistake, and I don't have to keep that item out of guilt anymore....thanks Dawn for all you do.... it's sooo appreciated!!!....

Always excited for a new video from you! Stumbled across your channel a few months back and have since decided to minimize my family of 4. (Our stuff anyways haha) I was raised by a hoarder so I always had trouble letting things go but watching your videos motivated me and I can officially say we have embarked on our journey to minimalism thanks to you. I have already thrown away carfuls of garbage and taken at least 4 carfuls to donate. We already feel lighter and are enjoying more time as a family with less stress and our kids are happier. I’m struggling with toys but I’ll get there, it’ll just take some time. Thank you so much! I’m certain God brought you into my life and for that we are so grateful!

Recently found your channel from Frugal Fit Mom & I just want to say THANK YOU! You have completely changed my mindset when it comes to clutter, organization, and getting rid of things. While I’ve never had much of an issue letting things go I still would hold on to some things that didn’t fit, or I paid too much money for, or that I would tell myself I would use them later. The “time will tell” bin has been life changing. It is not only telling but it’s very freeing without the guilt. I’ve been below to tackle drawers, cabinets, bins, etc., for the last week and not only had it been an easier process it’s been a fairly enjoyable one as well. As I’ve been tackling the difference spaces I’ve been playing your videos in the background. It’s really helped to keep me motivated. Thank you again. You are helping so many people change their lives for the better. ❤

Thanks for the inspiration. I'm already pretty minimal but still got a bit more decluttering to go in my apartment. This weekend I took a bag of old tech stuff to the recycling place, donated a bag of clothes to the charity shop and threw away some old scrappy bed sheets and pillow cases that I was keeping "just in case" 😝 I enjoy watching these kind of videos as they help to motivate me to clean out my own place.

Also, what a surprise that you mentioned the healthy mouth blend! I can seriously tell you that I’ve used this product for 10 years and I can tell a difference in how clean my mouth feels! I also believe I’ve staved off some issues by using it daily! Anyway, I really enjoyed this content!☺️☀️🌸

I had chucked out mine, but missed its convenience. I grow my own garlic and don't like the taste of the bottled garlic. My sister bought me a garlic "rocker." It works really well and cleans up like a breeze. I just googled it and the Spruce Eats reviews it; it's called the Joseph Joseph garlic rocker.

The hand cream you decluttered made think of a tip for items stored in drawers (where we are looking down at tops), I label the lid. For vitamins, I write with felt pen on the lids (Vit D, etc.) For spices, that I have in a basket that I pull down from an overhead cupboard, I use my Dymo labeller and labelled the lid with each herb/spice name.

I love decluttering also. Feels so good. I noticed you're thinking about the orawellness oil. I've never used it as an oil pull. I have periodontal dz and since I've been dropping some oil onto my toothpaste 2-3 x a week, I continue to get good dental reports. They comment on how healthy and pink my gums are. I do keep a good size box behind my hlider chair and as i come across items that need to go it makes it easybto get rid of them. I do move them into a bag when i take to donate place but i never second guess myself. Once an item is in the box it no linger exsists. Thank you do very much for your un ending encouragement. I use a couple drops of HealThy Mouth Blend to oil pull first thing in the morning (20+ minutes), but then I put a couple drops on my toothbrush to brush my teeth. At night, I put a drop on my finger and run my dental floss through it to floss my teeth with it and then I again put a couple drops on my toothbrush to brush my teeth before bed. Definitely a keeper for me. (I bought 12 of them since I buy anything I can in bulk to get a better price.) I also use the Shine powder and the bamboo toothbrushes. Ahh, FINALLY…. It has bothered me for a long time to use plastic toothbrushes. I hope you dig that HealThy Mouth oil out of that bin and use it … or at least give it to someone who will use it. Lots of us would gladly take it off your hands. :)

Love the 1 min mind set ... have been using it for years...when I reheat a cup of whatever the wait time is like a little competition with myself...how much of "whatever" can I declutter, etc. I kind of enjoy the accomplishment as I enjoy the hot brew. P.S. I use it for longer periods too..like something in the oven, a load of wash...the length of a miminal mom. Or p.s.s. micro snaps like if I'm going up/downstairs whatever can I bring to put away/take out This is also a favorite...if you use it tidy it i.e. toilet, sink, washer, drier, fridge, freezer (now if I could just get another family member to embrace that mindset ;)
