Writing helps to clarify our thoughts to ourselves, it has helped me a great deal. It amazes me to see people who haven't tried it & don't think it'll work. I hope this to spread like a wild fire, so simple yet so effective.

I use this method of writing tasks down for next day's work and trust it has helped me increase my productivity, efficiency and save time dramatically. I can say confidently this should be applied by everyone in worklife, it genuinely works wonders and makes you well organised & professional. Thanks sir for sharing your practice!

Same here. My diary has ran out of pages because I keep listing down all pending works and it's status. It has increased my productivity and accountability greatly.

In your focus sessions at 7am you would always start with brain dump followed by meditation. Im still using the technique everyday. Very effective

Been using this for years. Works wonders What clutter used to be in your head now is in front of you. On paper. Now u can deal with it more rationally

After struggling with what you mentioned since long time, my mind seems to have come to a stage where it subconsciously signals me to 'let go' of thoughts. Very similar to your solution in the video, it tells me that 'we can figure it out, rest now' just before I go to sleep, when I get these random messy thoughts.

Sir, I was having a lot of stress since the past two days. By chance I decided to watch this video. I followed your advice, took action and wrote down what all was bothering me, both professional and personal issues and how to solve it. Now I feel a lot better and my stress has decreased very much. I was stress worrying about too many things that was in my mind, I tried this method at night before bed -BIG HELP Now if a thought comes to my mind 2x I go the my phone notes and write it down.. no worries anymore!! Thank you 🙏
