My Barracuda was originally a 318 2 bbl. car with air conditioning and came from Arizona. It had a black vinyl roof, which I did not like and removed, and "body side mouldings," which I also didn't like and removed. It came with a somewhat rare option, which is the luggage rack. At the time, I believe they advertised the trunk as the "smallest in the industry." I did once carry a boxed hot water heater home from Sears on that rack!

My fathers car was sold it was a 1970 dodge challenger. He passed away his girlfriend forged his will and then she sold the car and then she passed away. I have a picture of the tag is there any way of locating this vehicle?

216 is the scheduled production date, with that information what could be the birthday of the car? On average how long did it take to build a car back then? If we're just going by months and we don't mess with the day, what could be the birthday of the car?

I know its the "scheduled production date" I guess in the end that works for me. Not sure if there is an actual way of finding out when it was actually built
