I am Swedish but i love color . The sheets and lamp base are emerald green and in the other bedrooms i have one in royal blue and another in that deep royal purple. These colors, for me, are very joyful.

Thank you for these wonderful videos! My husband and I will be empty nesters soon, as our youngest heads to college. Your channel is sparking some new ideas on how we can repurpose a room or two.

I like calm, cozy, & decluttered which is why this is my favorite esthetic that I strive for. But I can only come close as Scandinavians have a natural flair for original & unexpected that is difficult to obtain. Thank you for the video.

Thank you for this great content! The pictures are such beautiful representations of what I could possibly do with my space. Side note, your intro with your Logo is very, very, loud. It's a bit startling. Keep up the great work.

It's my pleasure! I'm so glad you like the images. Thank you for the feedback on the intro music. I've dialed down slightly since the Scandi video but I'll go even further with the new upload set for Saturday. If you happen to watch it, please let me know what you think. All the best to you and Happy New Year! ~Liz

Hello, I’m enjoying your channel and I am designing a Scandinavia style interior. However, my ceilings are are over 300cm tall. As much as most people would welcome this height it’s challenging to me. I have all of the basics, including one wall of windows and all white with light wood floors, but it’s those tall empty walls that I don’t know how to address.

Hi there! I'm so glad you're enjoying the channel. Your home sounds wonderful but maybe needs some things to make it cozier and bring attention down to eye level. If you haven't seen my two latest videos, check those out. They both talk about strategies to ground the space and tips for varying heights, hanging artwork and drapery and layering lighting. These are all things that can help guide the gaze around the room and balance things out so that there's not as much emphasis on the tall ceiling. I hope that helps. I'm working on a video on living spaces that will be up week after next where I'll discuss ceilings. All the best to you! ~Liz

Scandinavia is a language group and only 3 countries Norway, Sweden and Denmark -there is a larger group of Nordic countries that include Finland and Iceland, but alsp Greenland, Faroe Islands, Åland and the 3 Scandinavian countries

Hi Veronica! Thanks so much for your comment. There's some conflicting and sometimes confusing information out there regarding Scandinavia with regards to geography vs. culture - www.scandinaviastandard.com. That being said, Finland and Iceland have been producing some great furniture designs! I'll make an update to the video description and I'll be making reference to Scandi in an upcoming video on Warm Minimalism so I'll be sure to make the distinction. ~Liz
