Hi Lisa! Thank you and I'm happy you enjoyed this video! Yes, I do a wet method of decoupage with napkins. However the process is a little bit different because napkins are so delicate. I would not use mod podge as your final sealer. It's not a sealer, it's a glue and doesn't perform well when used as a sealer. You should use an actual sealer like Polyvine heavy duty wood varnish. However here's the problem. If you use mod podge to glue your image to the basket, it takes 4 weeks to completely cure. It will dry to the touch, but not cured. During that time period, if you put anything over top of it, the mod podge will be reactivated and your image will bubble and wrinkle. I really suggest that you use the Polyvine varnish to glue your image down and then you can use it as a final sealer in just a few hours with great results.
