There is no proof that probiotics really work or don’t work. They do seem to be healthy when you’re getting it through foods, as opposed to pills. Fermentation is the key they say! To eat fermented foods. I’m not really sure But i know the stomach acid prob is killing off most of it

Most likely a scam, and probably something else that people are doing, that they do not know about, is working for them. Try drinking coffee eating a brand muffin or something naturally, that gets people to poop. Yes, you will have to do some research on it.

HELP/OPINIONS NEEDED, PLEASE. Is the "stoma bag" after the surgery necessary? My gastroenterologist recommended the removal of 4.5cm stricture after almost three years of therapy - we have tried Azathioprine, Mercaptopurine, Pentasa, Budesonide, Prednisolone, antibiotics and Humira. Is 4.5 cm stricture a large one? I mean ulcers from eight places in colon simply vanished, but that stricture is so painful that I am on morphine patches at the moment... I should've asked him all these questions, but I just got too excited about the whole surgery idea, really.
