What a beautiful hue around Roger, I kept waiting for his angelic wings to appear, oddly though he does sound very angry. Oh wait he's American and that's actually enthusiasm he's expressing. Nonetheless I like him and good message Rodger, THANKS! :)

I was angry this morning. My voice got deep and loud and I said a few curse words and I was holding my breath with my jaw clinched. And I took it out on my family members and I thought wow. I wish I didnt sound so aggressive when I get mad. Bc I ruin alot of peoples moods. So I will now keep my voice down, in check, exhale and try to defuse my anger
