Something I really dig about these guides is not only is it a pockte size "how to" on character specifics, but it also gives you a better idea on HOW to find the weeknesses in matchups and the kind of habits certain players tend to have. Despite how specific these are advertised as, they are really good just in general for new players to approach learning the game beyond just Doing Moves. Excellent stuff. 6:25 Devil Jin main here, DJ's ws 1 2 can transfer into mourning crow on hit forcing the mix up. also be careful because on counter hit the transfer into mourning crow from df2 or ws 1 2 guarantees a 2 2 heat engager follow up

Note on MC1: You can also just jab float him out of this. In my experience most DJ’s go for MC1 until you jab float them once or twice then they start going for MC2,2, which you can just launch if you have a 14f ws move. if DJ is in heat however, there’s a big chance he’ll heat dash out of MC2,2 so keep that in mind. The best thing DJ can do really is probably just MC2, not the last hit.

Dvj Jin main here. His mourning crow isn’t a 50/50 unless he is in heat. you can block all his options which are all risky due to being sidestepped or his tracking option being -14 on block

Blocking MC1 isn't that good of an idea since you will essentially eat a 50/50 from his +8, if you try to disrespect his frames he can counter hit launch you with B4
