How soon after using a 1.0 Derma roller on ur face can u use a TCA Peel or a Jessner Peel? I heard if u have Melasma using an LED red light will make it worse or bring it back!!!

I actually am not certain about pregnancy related hyperpigmentation and LED red lights, so it's better to be safe than sorry. I'll ask my esthi friends if they have any advice. As for the peels after derma rollling with that high of a needle size, I would wait a month. You don't want to risk making your pigmentation worse. Are you still pregnant?
