Loved Sarah’s necklace when she had the consult in the office at the start

Great boat house!!! I’d love to sleep upstairs and hang out in front of those glass doors looking out at the lake

I would absolutely love to live on a boat house. I love being near water and a casual lifestyle. I loved the calm greens and creams and natural wood.

I absolutely LOVE what was accomplished by everyone working together. Sarah always hits a home run! One thing I would have wanted was a small wood burning stove to use on colder days. This snug, darling place makes a perfect weekend get away.

I loved this design. Remember that this is and older episode, so there’s no need to tell Sarah about AC or music choices. Just enjoy the fantasy of having your own boathouse to decorate!

Design Inc. is my all time favorite design show and it really sparked my interest in interior design. I learned so much from Sarah and have used that in designing my own homes including a few houses that I flipped. These episodes stand the test of time and I really love all of the music, especially the opening and closing song. I hope I can find more episodes here on KZbin. 😊

LOVE IT! Great little boathouse, and what a beautiful result by Sarah & the Design Inc. team (as always!). Thanks SO so much Abode for providing these--- you really make my day🥰 Despite overcoming difficulties, the end result is fantastic and I'd love to stay there in a heartbeat!

Having a lake side cottage or cabin requires special considerations. Problems with moisture and musty smells absorbed by fabric et keep to a minimum. Spiders always make their webs on docks. The buildings are not air tight, so a lot of dusting and cleaning every weekend before use. Just my experience.

You'd be surprised. Close the windows and blinds by day, open them at night. Fans, fans, fans. slow pace. Ice water :)

Does anyone else feel Kate was straight up a mood the entire time?? Seriously had it been Tommy, Sarah would have needed a lawyer 😂❤.

Tommy is straight up Tommy!! lol

In a mood, yes. But obviously there was more than the usual frustrations, time delays per client. So, all that would put me in a mood too.

I love the team! Love your ideas at the end look. I don't like it when I don't see Tommy. I don't care for the music it's too loud. The music is too loud! Not desirable to watch because of it. Thank you.

Honestly, Sarah - one of those portable roll around A/C's would have made all the difference - I have one, and it's great! Question: WHY was the project so far behind that the entire summer season was missed? Who was responsible for engaging the work crew?
@persebra2 жыл бұрын
it was the family doing the work, not a professional crew

Too bad the family didn’t let Sarah get a contractor, they could have had it done a lot faster.

WHAT SHALL WE do with this BOATHOUSE?

I would suggest getting rid of whoever handles the background music. The music is always creepy music, and too loud in comparison to the people's talking. The people talking has a hollowness and sounds like it's "behind" the music, which sounds like it's in the foreground instead of the background

Ditto, ditto…couldn’t have said it better myself! MUSIC, creepy and loud…totally unnecessary!

Why on earth do they not have air conditioning in the office! That should have been a no brainer….

That's exactly the first thing I thought too. $100 can buy you at least a little relief.
