At what stage in stress fracture/reaction recovery can you start with heavy strength training again? Unilateral calf raises, deadlift, squats etc. Is it after the 4 weeks intial phase with no weight bearing? At the phase where you start walking. Or should you wait longer?

this should be after bone has fully gone back to normal or this exercises should be throug out the pain ?
