Good information. So much could be done better, but i know others will point out the rest, let me focus on the cameraman. Camera man, please point the camera to what is being shown, and look through the camera to be sure you are focused on the right things. The readings are more important, so focus on those rather than the hands.

The issue with the system is that the batteries are not balanced. Secondly, Felicity inverter is not a smart system unlike other inverter like Sunmate Solar which has the function of battery equalization. In conclusion, Equalize the batteries by charging them individually before connecting them together. Another point to add, There is no protective circuit breaker between the batteries and the inverter, that is wrong practice for a large number of batteries(8) connected in series and parallel. A big electrical hazard it is.

My felicity inverter equalizes my tubular batteries......this is my fifth year of using the batteries. The longevity of batteries oftentimes depends on the quality of inverter used. Have discovered that high frequency hybrid inverter can charge faster than regular transformer based inverter. A good charging system is Essential for longevity

Yes you can equal discount and carryout your reading and also you can equally test while the inverter is is showing battery low.

My newly installed 20kva felicity inverter doesn't show pv value when charging my bluecarbon 15kw battery with my panels, but i see values on my felicity solar charge controller, should i be worried

Note ,if your inverter is a hybrid felicity inverter it will show you PV on the screen. If it doesn't shows it means the voltage of the PV is higher than the voltage of the charge controller installed on the inverter. Secondly check the side of the Inverter,if the charger controller is working it will show a green light. If not check your panel connection before you conclude if the controller is bad.

How old are the batteries to say they are bad, if you carrying out a drain battery test, then you should do a full battery test on the system to see all the batteries voltage to know if those batteries were fully charged along with other batteries as it could have been missed matched battery voltage during installation or lack of system balance.

6 months old and one is already bad? I was thinking of buying this Star plus tubular. I use Multi power and has lasted 3 yrs. A friend said it supposed to last like 5yrs. Which tubular battery can you recommend. Thanks

I ran a test on my fully drained tubular battery and it gave me 11.9volts.... Could this be a good battery

@@gavintwist6340 yes, your battery may give 10.5volt it will still be okay . That doesn't mean the battery is bad. Testing battery with multi meter is different using battery tester. Battery tester Will tell you 100% ,85% okay or it will tell you replace

You don't use equaliser on a tubular battery when you have a good SCC
