Thanks for this incitement, I'm encouraged and motivated to pay more attention to my inverter tubular battery that have been under performing lately. Thank you for this information.

Thank you so much for the video. Based on my knowledge on battery maintenance, your battery cells have a high gravity which you also stated in the video that cells are supposed to read nothing more than 1.9, 2.0 and 2.1 at worse but this video, you are getting 2.3 which should be considered as a battery suffering from high gravity. I love your videos and I really learnt.

Thanks for all the teachings but I am confused and I need your explanation. You said once the maintenance free batteries are bad that we should throw them away but I saw you in another video where you went to buy scraps of self maintenance batteries. Why buy scraps of what cannot be repaired?
@ProstartechnicalАй бұрын
Note, the client sold the battery as scrap, but with the help of digital battery tester analayzer I was able to secure two good batteries out of 4 scrap batteries sold. Note: you can buy an SMF battery today and a week later is bad and you can't fix or maintain it .

Nice video and explanation, please if the battery water is bad and we want to replace it, should we replace it with electrolyte or distilled water
@Prostartechnical2 ай бұрын
Replace with electrolytes
@Prostartechnical2 ай бұрын
But before you replace the water, test the cell of the battery first if is 2volt or 1.8volt. Note: if the cell is giving you a high voltage reading, even if you replace the electrolyte completely it will not work

@@Prostartechnical from what I saw you only have little knowledge let me just point out one you don’t take reading on normal distilled water without charging the batteries first
@ProstartechnicalАй бұрын
@EngrVick Thanks Engr Vick, Frist step 1. Take reading before you charge your battery. 2. Take reading after charging your battery. 3. Applied load and take reading of your battery. Lastly take reading when your battery is draining down from there you can also get the bad once and others. Note: you can equally use your multimeter to test each of the cell , if is abobe 2.1 , may be giving your 7 v, 10v, 6volt , 4volt just know that the battery is bad . No need to invest on it. Thanks for your contribution

@@Prostartechnical Reading with your hydrometer is supposed to be taken after charge or before charge not the way you demonstrated on your video pouring water and using hydrometer on it 😂 don’t you see you failed the reading the hydrometer didn’t response you only suck to the white level and stopped 😂😂 The hydrometer was supposed to respond but because of the demineralized water added which has not been mixed with the Electrolyte because you haven’t charged it that’s why it was Adamant. Note the hydrometer has values and it all determines to a particular specific gravity of the battery type or brand. maybe you won’t understand but those numbers matters a lot. you can’t even teach without knowing this things unless you’re talking to a layman. As I said before you have little knowledge there are so many to learn That meter is called hydrometer meter not avometer know the difference!!
