Super helpful! Especially for us folks who have one shoulder more slipped than the other.

Thank you, Thank you! This is helpful. I was getting lost on how much slope to do when shoulder point was different on different patterns. My master sloper has 3/8" on front and 1/8 " on back. I couldnt figure out how to use the information on different patterns. This solves it! Thanks for sharing!

I have been looking for this kind of info about a shoulder slope for a long time. My challenge has been that my back shoulder is more sloped than the front, and now watching this video has given me the tools to tackle it, so thank you so much.

I appreciate the information, but this would have been much more helpful if you showed this template on a couple of different ACTUAL patterns so we would know exactly HOW and WHERE to place this guide to correct the pattern. It WAS however VERY helpful in showing how to easily determine the degree of the slope. That's great if you can actually FIND a pattern that is correct for yourself. I however, have to do some sort of shoulder slope correction on just about ALL the patterns I sew and it's usually a struggle. sigh.

@@angelawagnon9778 Hi Angela, this short video is not a complete class in fitting the shoulder line as you know. It is meant to explain the concept only. It does use an actual pattern and is a continuation from last week’s video which you may have missed. Hope that helps. The idea is to fit the shoulder of the pattern then measure it so you know your personal slope.
