May I remind you that all the mudras I have shown so far are designed by Kim da Silva, author of the book "Gesundheit in unseren Händen", which means "health in our hands". Thank you for your question Pakwan Lau. You do this particular mudra 7 times a day, 10 minutes long with a break of at least 9 minutes in between the mudra sessions. Love and blessings from the Netherlands.

No ..only after half an hour after lunch you can do. After lunch you should Take 100 slow steps, sit in vajrasana and can do appana mudra or pushan mudra for good digestion

Good morning to you Nirupma Toteja, you can also keep your hands in your lap. Any time your hands and fingers are "free", you can do these mudras. So whether you are watching tv, you are sitting in a bus, train, subway or plane, you are lying in bed or, you are standing in line at the grocery store and even while you are dancing (I love to do this from time to time). Dare to be creative and have fun along the way. Enjoy your day.
