Leave the shell on for flavor, but you still want to take out the "vein", or digestive tract, of the shrimp. Just cut it up the back, open it up. Sometimes you won't see it but it's actually there. It's right there. Take it, pull it backwards and pull it off.
This one had a full meal. This one died hungry!
