I’m so glad you added the subtitles so we could watch this while diffusing! ❤❤

It’s been almost a year and I still struggle a bit with defusing. Getting a better dryer and defuser has helped, but videos like this really help. Thank you☺️

I don't go anywhere without my hairdryer and its perfect diffuser! But because its so heavy and takes up a lot of space, I hate having to lugg it around, plus all of my curly hair products that I can't go without! So, if I'm going away for anytime less than a week, I will wash, curl and style my hair to its best, on the day of travel. I then use your bedtime routine to prevent my hair from getting flat and tangled in the night and then in the morning, I use another tip I have picked up from you, where I spray my hair with water, run through a styling cream, scrunch the hell out of it and clip up the top sections and just let it airdry all day. OMG! Goodness! The difference that using gel half way through drying and then breaking the cast with a serum or oil was nothing like I'd ever seen! And if I hadn't just watched you beautifully demonstrate that technique, I would never have believed that's what you did! When you showed the side by side comparison, I was completely blown away at the difference it made! Thank you for your tips in helping me manage my hair! You are a real star! ⭐️ Congratulations on receiving your plaque, I'm so pleased for you as you don't realise how much of a difference your videos have made to people like me. You are helping me get my confidence back and that, is priceless! ❤❤❤

I’ve always loved your videos and content Sophie but I have to disagree about your thoughts on the Dyson Supersonic. It’s been my ride or die for the last 2 years and has never caused heat damage to my hair. It’s also still going strong and the diffuser bowl hasn’t melted in anyway. I also don’t have to stop diffuser at 70% and air dry which is what’s you’ve done in this video using the curlsmith diffuser. Question about the curlsmith one - does it blow the hair around quite a lot? The Dyson’s technology prevents this even on high speed meaning the biggest reduction on frizz (improving longevity too). Every other hair dryer I’ve ever used in my 30 years on my curls blows the hair around so much and causes frizz, except my Dyson, so curious to see how the curlsmith one is?

Always down to personal preference 🥰 the Dyson is still a good diffuser is was my favourite for a long time but to pay that much money and the bowl melts inside and starts cracking, multiple prongs breaking off and holes forming - it definitely falls down on my list of favourites. I took it to instagram when it happened as I was shocked and had a few replies saying the same thing had happened to them. Of course if you’re using something and it already works you don’t need to change it. I’ve found that the curlsmith airflow is still controlled - but powerful - it drys my hair very quickly x

Bangs/ Fringe for curly hair is always a big no. I always wanted them but even when I had short side framing pieces they were annoying to always style and fix so I knew for a fact that bangs were not the answer lol.
