Man I wish it was that easy. But I feel like that's what most kids want nowadays. To get out of doing everything as quickly as possible, and to just go through the motions and get out. I don't think that will work nowadays

Okay we gotta stop this soft way of thinking. I’m so over this idea that we cannot teach kids how to take constructive criticism. Asking them to follow basic instructions should be an expectation.
