You are a blessing, someone who knows how pain and trauma feels like in this area and understands. I love the honestly and care you put into this video. I have had severe pelvic and bladder pain for over 10 years. I will not go into the nightmares I still have. I feel like this is something that I can do myself as I have been through so much trauma from the medical community I no longer allow anyone to touch me in about 8 years. I am ordering the castor oil today. Bless you!

Hi Filippa, Thank you for your videos. I'm so relieved that I found your videos and that there is hope! I am from Romania and I'm 35 years old. In my country there are no info about this subject, only about pessary, kegels and surgery. I just gave birth (natural/vaginal birth) 4 weeks ago. At the check-up 2 weeks after the birth, my gynecologist told me that my "vaginal wall was down" and to make Kegel exercises to prevent urinary incontinence. At the moment I did 't know what to ask, I knew what is Kegels and told her I will do it. After that I came home and read about it and found out about prolaps, cistoscele, rectocele and so on and I was terrified. I've been crying ever since, I'm so upset and I regret that I choosed to have a natural birth. This was my second birth, my first one was in 2015, natural too. But this time I had so much pain and presure...it was hard for me. So now I'm waiting for my next visit to the doctor (after 4 weeks) to put a lot of questions about my prolaps (I don't even know what type it is or grade). In my opinion (what I can see) it would be a urethrocel prolaps but I don't know. I'm still in the recovery and I still have minor bleeding (lochia) so when can I start doing this technique? Thank you so much and sorry for my english. Sorry for the long story but as you can tell...I need to talk with someone that can understand what I feel.
@moonrisefilippa_en2 жыл бұрын
Hi Cristina, I hear you, I feel you. You can start this technique after your 6 week check up. What you can practice already now is lateral breathing and vaginal steaming. Curious to understand why you regret the natural birth?

I regret it because if I had chosen to give birth by c-section now I would not have this problem with vaginal prolapse. I will live a stressful life because my urethra, uterus or something else will come out of my vagina. Besides, I don't even want to think about how it will affect my sex life. I'm not free yet because I'm recovering from the birth, but I'm scared only when I'm thinking of it. I will start to apply what I learned here on your channel and I hope to have good results like you and the other women. Besides this problem with vaginal prolapse, I also had two cracks, unfortunately the doctor did not perform an episiotomy on me. I also got hemorrhoids. But these heal easily, I went through them at the first pregnancy, but the prolapse frightens me.

I just had so much anxiety around even touching my vaginal tissues from inside, especially near the cervix where the scar tissue is.
