Henna does wonders when it comes to hair growth and hair thickness. I believe my hair thrives the most when I use ayurvedic hair care practices so I'm happy to get back to that and take you along the journey.

I have been using henna for about 40 years and i just did it yesterday. I am so glad to come across your vid. I am always open to new ways of doing things. I have never mixed with coconut milk. I have to try this. Btw you can freeze the leftovers. I used some that has been in the freezer for about 2 months and it was just fine

Thank you! I would say its more moisturizing, I use it so that the effects of the henna won’t be too harsh causing protein overload.
